For best use, heat the bottle under warm water. After treatment is warm, TEST the product to ensure it is NOT TOO HOT. After confirming the treatment temperature is tolerable for your hair, head, and skin, apply to hair about half of an inch from the scalp, down the shaft of the hair to the ends. Place your hair underneath a plastic cap and sit under a hooded dryer for about 5-15 mins (according to the density of the hair, fine to coarse). A Steam Heat cap can be used as well for 5-10 mins (according to the density of the hair, fine to coarse). According to the density of your hair, rise out (fine to coarse hair) or leave in (coarse to extremely coarse hair). Style as usual. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
