All orders are subjected to PROCESSING TIME which is 1-12 business days.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME

US-based orders are usually 1-5 business days. Add an additional week for Internationally based orders. With all orders expect delay possibilities due to any Pandemic or Climatic impact.

 

Delivery will be through USPS, UPS, DHL, FED-EX, or Drop Off (Local Area).

Refund Policy

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. However, any custom handmade products, Seasoning, Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Body Oils, Body Balms, Hair Oils, SZN, etc. are not available for Exchange or Store Credit.

 

All Sales Are Final. (No Refunds). 

All products and labels are made by hand therefore, any color variations are considered acceptable.
Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website and the product will be deemed acceptable.

Subscription Boxes are considered Final Sales and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges. (No refunds).

If there is an issue with your box please contact customer service and we will do everything we can to assist you.
